Our Founder & Owner

Bridget Mangrum Brown is a dedicated educator, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over 25 years of experience in education and behavioral services. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Special Education.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Brown has served as a Special Education Teacher, Special Education Coordinator, Autism Specialist, Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Director. Her extensive experience includes developing and overseeing ABA programs, establishing multiple ABA clinics throughout Central Virginia, and mentoring professionals who support children with autism.

In July 2024, Mrs. Brown founded Kismet Autism Service LLC with a vision of providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy in a nurturing and supportive environment. Her mission is to help children develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills while empowering families through education, collaboration, and support.

Mrs. Brown's greatest joy comes from witnessing children achieve meaningful milestones, gain independence, and discover their abilities. She believes every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive, and that even the smallest accomplishments can make a lasting difference.

Through Kismet Autism Service, Mrs. Brown continues to turn her passion into purpose, “Shaping little minds one session at a time!”

Meet Tamesia

​

Tamesia Moore is a dedicated and compassionate Lead Registered Behavior Technician at Kismet Autism Service. Her passion for working with children with disabilities began at a young age, inspired by her brother, who has autism. His journey continues to motivate her commitment to helping children reach their fullest potential.

Tamesia earned her degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University in 2023 and a degree in Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University in 2025.

As Lead RBT, Tamesia provides individualized support to children while encouraging and mentoring her fellow team members. She is passionate about helping children develop new skills, gain independence, and celebrate meaningful milestones. She aspires to further her professional growth by becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

For Tamesia, ABA is more than a career—it is a personal passion rooted in family, compassion, and a desire to make a lasting difference.

Meet Mr. Green

​

Mr. Green is a proud graduate of Brunswick High School in Lawrenceville, Virginia. He is currently pursuing a degree in Human Services at Southside Virginia Community College, furthering his education and commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Mr. Green brings extensive experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). His professional journey began in 2018 at a private day school, where he served as a Behavior Technician, providing individualized behavioral and educational support to children with autism.

In 2019, Mr. Green expanded his professional experience by transitioning into one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, delivering individualized services in both home-based and clinic-based settings. Throughout his career, he has developed valuable skills in implementing behavior intervention strategies, promoting communication and social development, and supporting children in acquiring essential daily living skills.

Mr. Green's dedication, experience, and passion for helping children reach their fullest potential make him a valuable member of the Kismet Autism Service LLC Dream Team.

Meet  Ms. Tyronea 

​

Ms. Tyronea Jiggetts earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work from Virginia State University. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in School Counseling at Liberty University.

With professional experience as a kindergarten teacher, Behavior Technician, and Qualified Mental Health Professional, Ms. Jiggetts brings a strong background in education, behavioral support, and child development. She is passionate about helping children strengthen their communication, social-emotional, and coping skills while building confidence and independence.

Ms. Jiggetts is committed to creating a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential. Her compassionate approach and dedication to individualized care align with the mission of Kismet Autism Service.

Meet Ms. Rook

​

Ms. Rook is a proud mother of three and a dedicated behavioral health professional with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, mental health, education, and behavioral support services. Her passion for helping others has been the driving force behind her career, especially her commitment to supporting children with unique learning and developmental needs.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rook has gained valuable experience in behavior management, emotional regulation, crisis intervention, and individualized support. She currently serves as a Positive Behavioral Support Leader at a private day school and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Kismet Autism Service.

Since beginning her journey with Kismet in 2022, Ms. Rook has developed a strong passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She enjoys helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills while celebrating their individual achievements, both big and small.

Known for her compassion, patience, and dedication, Ms. Rook believes every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and encouraged. Her goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment where children can build confidence, develop independence, and reach their fullest potential.
